With your help, the Group Intellect consultant determines your training needs and curriculum during your first appointment. An experienced trainer is then tasked to develop your program. The trainer will remain in close contact throughout to assure that the program is developed and implemented to meet your needs.

The preparation of any program will be conducted in close cooperation with all relevant departments and stakeholders to assure that stakeholder needs are represented and the that the needs of the entire affected organization are met.
